The Nusco Tower is a newly constructed, first-class, modern office building in Bucharest. It is located near the Metrostation Aurel Vlaicu. The building is strategically positioned in the northern section of the capital at the tangent that connects the two international airports of the city, Baneasa und Otopeni, and the inner city. The office tower reaches 80 m into the sky as a striking landmark and boasts 20 floors. The façades are divided into closed expanses, perforated façades, and large translucent glass panels. The static and construction intersects can be seen through the windows, which allows them to be experienced as distinctive structures. The installed curtain walls have both thermal and acoustic protection properties and are conceptualized as sun-protection façades.
