ÜA Sign Austria - Assessment of conformity

​​​​​ÜA Zeichen.jpg​​​​​​​​​​Since 01. 01. 2004, the ÜA sign is valid safety feature for fire protection constructions mounted in Austria. It must be fixed visibly on both movable elements (door panels) as well as fixed elements (portals , facades). Only companies which have a valid foreign quality monitoring agreement with an accredited testing institute (eg IBS Linz ) can obstruct tested fire protection elements with ÜA sign. Schüco- and Jansen products from ALUKÖNIGSTAHL have to undergo various fire protection tests. Processors who purchase our fire protection products, are briefed and trained in detail on the need for scrupulous construction and on the products themselves.
