IG Construction life cycle
The IG construction life cycle defines life cycle models including all in specialist departments involved from project start-up to management. With work and project groups in the areas of planning, construction, finance and management, the team members combine various interests, approaches and strong points of all areas of responsibility in inter-disciplinary work processes on a partnership basis. In doing so, they are pursuing the following targets:
- To develop and standardise new cooperation and procurement models for public and private building owners
- Derivation of attribution of suitable methods and instruments for long-term added value that is relevant to the market
- Development of controlling instruments for building development and management
The IG Construction Life Cycle connects all areas of the construction and property sectors and targets public and private building owners.
