Basic Visible to: AKS-INTERN and coating partner
At AKS, we have concluded a cooperation agreement with our finishing partners (MKW, Piesslinger) together with Schüco. Each colour of the Schüco Basic colour chart and Schüco Advanced colour chart can be delivered to AKS or requesting architects/partners, and it does not require any special approval from Schüco. At AKS, we are authorised to issue such an approval on behalf of Schüco if necessary!
Schüco colours and sample orders
AKS tries to process all job orders via the AKS finishing partners and that also includes any possible sample requirements in the acquisition phase! Our finishing partners are requested to inform AKS in the case of queries as to which samples can be assembled by them. Should it be necessary for Schüco special colours to order a sample from Schüco on account of a quantity issue, then we do the same – this is a separate service from Schüco Bielefeld, which we resort to on a case by case basis.
The sequence is therefore as follows:
1) Request by AKS to the finishing partner with colour codes
2) Specification by the partner on which samples can be delivered → initiation and shipment by finishing partner according to specified delivery address
3) Specification by the partner on which samples cannot be delivered → initiation of request by AKS to Schüco, whether and with what delivery deadline the samples can be delivered, as well as the start of the process
Address: Schüco Service Centre for Finishing Ms. Sabine Bautz (SBautz@schueco.com) / Mr. Henrik Franke (HFranke@schueco.com)
4) Colour ordering by the metalworkers then definitely at our finishing partners
Additional information on delivery programme
We generally accept all queries about colours of the Schüco Advanced or Basic colour charts. Should numbers or codes be requested that we do not know, these must be prepared by the customer in an understandable way, or otherwise we refuse to process them.
AKS contact person for special colour requests to Schüco
For the detailed request to Schüco for special samples, either Mr. Riemer or Mr. Garnweidner are currently available. This process is rarely used and until now has always been resolved to the full satisfaction of the requesting architects/planners.
