Schüco CC 800

​Schüco CC 800 is a fully automatic four-head corner crimping machine including automatic infeed and outfeed for the efficient installation of Schüco window, door and unitized façade frames. Frames that have been manually pre-assembled with corner connectors are crimped and transported out with a precise fit and high quality. Schüco CC 800 crimpes a frame, large or small, every 70 seconds.

​Flexible use in different workshops, regardless of whether windows, doors or unitized façade elements are being manufactured. Schüco CC 800 is particularly suitable for line production in industrialized companies. Profiles with pre-punched gaskets can also be crimped perfectly. Different crimping modules: 4-fold or 2 x 2 crimping possible.​
