We can advise you in selecting the right software for you products and add-on modules. We will show you the software and give you the option for SchüCal and JANIsoft as test "90-day trial version."

Seminars
We perform ongoing basis seminars in our seminar room. As well we offer specific seminars on your desired topics, either purely in our seminar room or in your company.

Software Updates
Our software products will be constantly updated. About our update Management you are alwaya up to date.  For program upgrades you will receive an Datastick.

Hotline
For questions about our software products, you can take our free hotline to complete. Our service staff is available during our office hours at any time..

Remote
To be able to process support requests faster and more efficiently for you, our service staff use the remote maintenance tool TeamViewer®, which easily can be started directly via SchüCal and JANIsoft.

Localservice
We support you on the spot, for example in setting up SchüCal and JANIsoft.

Onlineservice
To provide you with the latest innovations of our software products, we offer regular seminars online, called webinars. In blocks of about 45 minutes we provide live different themes. The chat feature allows you to ask questions during the webinar to the moderator.

Support for special constructions
We offer you in the use of Schüco special constructions the possibility of specially designed profiles to implement in SchüCal.​
