Schüco DriveTec - Natural window ventilation - completely automatic

Schüco DriveTec System is an innovative building automation solution for both commercial and residential buildings.
The drives are equipped with powerful, vibration-free motors with low noise emission and forces of up to 1,500 N.
Schüco DriveTec drives are suitable for side-hung (turn), bottom-hung (tilt) and roof windows with a vent weight of up to 200 kg, and opening widths of up to 800 mm (roof windows: 1000 mm) and provide high user comfort during daily ventilation.

Special features

Schüco DriveTec is only suitable for use in dry rooms. Relative humidity 5% - 93% non-condensing. 
In case of rain or wind force 6 (14m/s - 49km/h - 120Pa) and above, the windows must be closed. 
The use of a rain detector (263053) or a wind and rain detector (267732) is therefore strongly recommended.
